The heart of Comel has been beating for over half a century

Every stage of our history tells the story of an investment in the future

More than half a century of growth, driven by people and by an industrial model capable of evolving without losing its values.

Founded in 1970 as a mechanical workshop, Comel is now a benchmark in light sheet metal and stainless steel fabrication, offering complete solutions from design and manufacturing to coating and assembly.

This journey is the result of the commitment and vision of founder Luigino Giacometti, who leads the company together with his children Martina and Matteo, and a team of qualified technicians. Quality and reliability have enabled Comel to earn the trust of Italian brands and major multinational companies.

LUIGINO GIACOMETTI
THE STORY OF A MAN WHO NEVER STOPS

Luigino was born in 1947 in a rural Italy where poverty was fought with hard work and love. Having lost his mother at a young age, he grew up surrounded by sacrifice and dreams. At 14, he was already working in a workshop; at 20, he signed his first contract.

Fearless, he founded Comel in 1970 with the courage of someone who knows how to build the future with his hands and his heart. Visionary, tireless and close to his loved ones and colleagues, Luigino transformed every obstacle into an opportunity and every hardship into an achievement. Even today, he continues to lead with passion the company that bears his name.

We started from a workshop with few tools and many dreams. Today we are a benchmark in sheet metal fabrication, but we have never forgotten where we came from.

Our evolution is not only technological: it is made of people, difficult decisions, sleepless nights and bold steps. In every process, in every detail, there is the courage to change and quality that accepts no shortcuts. Because growth is not just a matter of becoming bigger. It means remaining true to your values while building tomorrow.

OUR EVOLUTION
SPEAKS OF
COURAGE AND QUALITY

The factory was conceived to be at the measure of man, so that he might find in his orderly workplace a means of redemption rather than an instrument of suffering.
