Following the mechanical processing and coating stages, Comel completes its production cycle with a professional, precise and bespoke assembly service, designed to provide customers with products ready for use or easily integrated into production lines.

In the dedicated department, painted sheet metal components are finished and assembled according to the project’s technical specifications, in full compliance with industry tolerances and standards.

Every operation is managed by highly qualified personnel with many years of experience and continuous training, capable of carrying out detailed, high value-added work such as:

  • Silicone coating and technical sealing
  • Application of gaskets and inserts
  • Functional insulation
  • Mixed assemblies and integration of external components

    • The entire process is monitored by internal quality control systems, including dimensional checks, functional tests and visual inspections, with the aim of ensuring consistency, reliability and zero defects.

    • Internal handling and management

    At the end of every production phase, the Work In Progress (WIP) is immediately identified and precisely located. Thanks to the synergy between wireless technologies and integrated systems, our WMS (Warehouse Management System) automatically records, in real time, the exact location of every batch.

    Finished products are managed by automated packaging and palletising systems, with each logistics unit marked by unique QR Codes.

    This digital twin of the warehouse not only ensures complete end-to-end traceability, but also guarantees full visibility across the entire workflow and throughout the Supply Chain, from raw material to final customer.

    Storage and shipping

    A dedicated area houses semi-finished and finished products ready for shipment, managed following Kanban and call-off logics.

    Deliveries are made using our own vehicles or customer-approved couriers, ensuring a flexible, reliable and punctual service.
